You will coordinate daily team activities, work with contractors and tenants, and oversee fire/life safety, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

Must have experience leading a team in a data center environment.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Collaborate with tenants, vendors and staff to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
Implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate maintenance with contractors and tenants.
Oversee building systems: fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
Communicate with tenants, clients, owners, facility management and vendors.
Respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
Apply knowledge of discipline to achieve team objectives.
Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
