Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee training, performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines; mentor staff.
• Manage operations and maintenance for facilities; develop operating and capital budgets.
• Recommend and implement improvements for preventive maintenance; maintain safety manuals.
• Act as point of contact with contractors, tenants, and technicians for maintenance efforts.
• Oversee building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues.
