Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering for complex projects.
• PE license is strongly preferred and may be required for Engineer of Record (EOR).
• Advanced proficiency in electrical design, codes, standards, Revit, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex projects.
• Prepare and review design documents, system layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor designers and engineers across teams.
• Support staff development and contribute to strategic planning and business development.
• Lead or support client communications and ensure design quality and standards compliance.
