Henderson Engineers is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer/Designer to lead complex electrical building system designs for mission-critical and data-center projects. You will guide schematics, layouts, and specifications while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with project teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or required for EOR roles.
- Advanced to expert proficiency in electrical engineering design, applicable codes and standards, Revit, Bluebeam, and construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex or large-scale projects.
- Direct or oversee preparation of design documents, system layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor other designers and engineers.
