Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Development to support a major data center program in North America. You will lead front-end development, from site selection through entitlement, utility coordination, due diligence and into construction, engaging executive stakeholders and guiding multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of data center project delivery, strong financial and risk management skills, and the ability to manage complex client

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience focused on data center development.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, real estate development, architecture or related field.
• Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client representative and trusted advisor for data center projects.
• Lead governance, reporting, stakeholder management and executive presentations.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and align all project stakeholders.
• Support business development and identify opportunities within client accounts.
• Develop relationships with developers, investors, landowners, utilities and authorities.
• Manage development from site screening to readiness for construction and handover.
