Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Development to lead data center development programs across North America from site screening through construction. You will manage client relationships, drive development schedules, budgets, risk and governance, and supervise multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, mission-critical facilities.

You will engage with developers, investors and operators, applying strong commercial acumen and proactive leadership to align project objectives

Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience in data center development.
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or related field.
Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects from land acquisition to handover.
Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Client and Program Leadership: act as primary client representative and trusted advisor.
Development Management: lead projects from site screening through construction readiness.
Design Phase Services: support VE efforts and procurement for GC/commissioning.
Design and Construct: coordinate with authorities and review submittals.
Construction Phase Services: oversee schedule, site activities, status meetings, and reporting.
