Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Development to lead data center development programs across North America, from site identification to handover. You will partner with developers, investors and operators to deliver critical facilities on time and within budget.

The role requires 8+ years of delivery leadership, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules, risks and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ project management experience with a focus on data center development.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development projects from site screening through handover to construction.
• Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Engage with developers, investors, utilities and local authorities.
• Assist in business development and expanding services within client accounts.
