Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Development to lead front-end data center programs for key clients in North America. You will guide projects from site acquisition through entitlement, utility coordination, and construction readiness, acting as a trusted advisor to developers, hyperscalers, and investors.

In this senior role you will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee governance, and drive value for clients while expanding Turner & Townsend's Data Center

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in data center development.
• Experience leading complex development programs from land acquisition through handover.
• Strong client-facing skills with executive stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficient in financial, risk and schedule management for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development projects from site screening to readiness for construction.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and utility coordination.
• Coordinate with developers, investors, and authorities to align objectives.
• Support business development and expand service delivery within client accounts.
