Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Design Project Manager with an architectural background to support designs for new and existing construction builds. The role requires experience in Design/Architecture/Civil works and strong coordination across design teams, clients, and contractors.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple fast-paced projects, coordinate documentation, and maintain standards while delivering high-quality client services throughout design and construction.

Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field and experience managing large-scale construction programs.
• Experience in Design/Architecture/Civil works.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Excellent client-facing presentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and report to the Project Manager(s) or Project Director.
• Coordinate and administer the project through all design and construction phases.
• Ensure high-quality client service and address client needs.
• Prepare documents: reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, minutes.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Manage external design consultants through design and construction.
• Communicate design standards to project partners.
