Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to work with our Data Center team and partner with clients, supporting designs for new and existing builds. The role requires an architectural background and experience in design/architecture/civil works across all design and construction phases.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with PMs, manage design consultants, and maintain documentation while finding innovative cost-saving solutions and ensuring client satisfaction on complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project coordination or equivalent.
• Experience in project management on large-scale construction programs.
• Solid proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and reports to the Project Manager or Project Director.
• Assist PM in managing, coordinating and administering the project through all phases of design and construction.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings with the project team as directed by the PM.
• Communicate conceptual designs and maintain project documentation before, during and after construction.
• Manage external design consultants through the design and construction process.
• Identify innovative solutions to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
