This is a full-time, site-based role guiding large-scale mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with clients, architects, engineers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track milestones and effectively manage critical activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
