Job summary

SLS Consultants LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the senior owner representative embedded in a complex data center program. The role demands autonomous leadership, directing multi-disciplinary teams through the full construction lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure for hyperscale clients.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and commissioning milestones, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and aligned expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in mission critical / data center construction (>$200M).
• Experience as Owner Representative or Construction Manager at-Risk with budget, schedule, and delivery accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP/CCM credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site senior owner representative leading cross-functional delivery teams and accountable for program outcomes from mobilization to closeout.
• Recruit, structure, and mentor a high-performing project team with clear roles and escalation paths.
• Own IMS construction phase: durations, sequence logic, float, and resource loading across trades.
