Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Data Centers) to guide data center and AI factory projects from scoping to startup. You’ll collaborate with in-house engineering and architectural teams to meet industry standards and drive successful delivery.

You’ll lead multi-discipline projects, manage client relationships, and ensure budgets and schedules align with the Project Execution Plan. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with possible remote work per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years as a Project Manager in Engineering and Construction.
• Experience managing data center or greenfield data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases with effective team development.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for delivery.
• Define scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align capabilities.
