Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Data Centers) to lead multi-discipline projects from scope development to commissioning. You will collaborate with in-house engineering and architecture teams to ensure projects meet industry standards in power-intensive, high‑tech environments across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Engineering and Construction.
• Experience with design/construction of greenfield data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases with strong team development.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact for project delivery.
• Define scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align team capabilities.
• Execute projects within approved budget, funding, and schedule.
• Oversee quality, cost, and schedule performance and contractual compliance.
• Mentor project managers and support business development opportunities.
