Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Data Center New Build Deployment Enablement Manager to coordinate network infrastructure deployment across multiple data center builds. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage milestones, and escalate blockers to senior leadership.

The role requires deep technical fluency in data center networks, proactive risk management, and strong communication across Construction, Engineering, and Deployment teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data center deployment projects across multiple sites.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and drive accountability.
• Familiarity with data center production network layers and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network deployment across 2–4 sites, tracking milestones end-to-end.
• Lead weekly cross-functional coordination calls and escalations.
• Serve as bridge between Construction, Deployment, Connectivity, and other teams.
