Job summary

Astreya is seeking an ATC Deployment Enablement Manager to lead end-to-end execution of front-end fabric deployments and data center network builds. The role coordinates across engineering, construction, logistics, and operations to deliver approved designs safely, on time, and with clear governance.

The candidate will own intake readiness, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution while managing risks, dependencies, and executive communications for a fleet-scale deployment program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program or portfolio management in large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience leading multi-site deployment programs from intake to handoff.
• Ability to drive decisions and accountability without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication skills and leadership updates.
• Understanding of data center network fabrics and deployment lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy and roadmaps across multiple DNE deployments.
• Manage intake readiness gates, scope, and acceptance criteria for projects.
• Lead end-to-end deployment delivery from kickoff to closeout across sites.
• Oversee hardware demand, BOM validation, and material readiness.
• Maintain risk/dependency registers and change-management routines.
• Provide stakeholder leadership and concise leadership updates on portfolio health.
• Create automated status reporting and dashboards to reduce manual toil.
• Lead retrospectives and develop repeatable playbooks for deployments.
