Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Data Center New Build Deployment Enablement Manager (DEM) to coordinate network infrastructure deployment across multiple data center builds, from cable start to Production Ready. The DEM will align Design, Engineering, Construction and Deployment teams, driving milestones and accountability across phases.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in project/program management within data center construction or network infrastructure.
• Experience with large, multi-site deployments and cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the New Build Deployment Tracker from Cable Ready to Production Ready.
• Drive weekly New Build coordination calls with cross-functional and internal teams.
• Serve as bridge between Construction Managers, Deployment Engineers, Connectivity Engineers, and supporting teams.
• Influence cross-functional partners to provide and commit to dates.
• Facilitate SEV creation and escalation for schedule risks and blockers.
