Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Data Center New Build Deployment Enablement Manager to coordinate network infrastructure deployment at new data center builds—from cable start through Production Ready. This role liaises with Design, Engineering, Construction and Deployment teams, ensuring milestones are tracked and dates are committed.

It also drives accountability and escalates blockers to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project/program management in data center construction or network deployment

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the New Build Deployment Tracker from Cable Ready to Production Ready (PR)
• Drive weekly New Build coordination calls with cross‑functional teams
• Track dependencies across multiple network layers
• Coordinate with construction and network schedules, maintaining alignment
• Lead or co‑lead New Build calls from cable start for data centers being built
• Post weekly program updates highlighting risks and milestone dates
• Bridge between Construction Managers, Deployment Engineers and supporting teams
• Influence cross‑functional partners to commit to dates
• Facilitate SEV creation and escalate schedule risks and blockers
• Coordinate deployment across 2–4 simultaneous sites
• Track hardware delivery SLAs and material logistics
• Understand building-type differences and manage blockers
• Escalate to leadership when commitments lapse
• Contribute to template standardization and lessons‑learned reviews
• Mentor and train incoming DEMs
