Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data center programs.

You will oversee cost, schedule, and scope, directing PMs and coordinators, and coordinating with electrical, mechanical, and controls trades, vendors, and clients. The role requires deep technical and commercial acumen, with travel up to 100% for targeted engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of construction project management in data centers, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong ownership of full project delivery on large, complex scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value data-center projects with cost, schedule, and quality accountability.
• Guide PMs, APMs and coordinators; ensure delivery standards and documentation integrity.
• Oversee procurement, GMP/NTE contracts, and vendor negotiations; manage budgets and change orders.
• Coordinate multiple trades and ensure commissioning of critical systems.
• Serve as primary client interface with data-driven reporting to executives.
