Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex DB/EPC data center projects. You will oversee contract admin, engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will coordinate with enterprise clients, lead integrated teams, and may require on-site presence at project locations, supervising field operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in construction project management, including large-scale data center projects.
• Experience with DB/EPC projects involving MEP systems and critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of data center construction methods, materials, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead DB/EPC teams from inception to completion with emphasis on safety, quality and schedule.
• Administer prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders; manage changes and invoicing.
• Coordinate with enterprise clients and internal teams; report on progress, cost and schedule.
• Develop and supervise project schedules, budgets and risk mitigation plans.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to project standards and procedures.
