Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager II to lead integrated DB/EPC projects from inception through completion. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and contract administration skills, along with close collaboration with customers to meet expectations and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC project experience in power delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering, design, construction, contracting, scheduling, bidding, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Direct intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities.
• Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance with customer goals.
• Plan, execute, and report on overall project performance.
• Coordinate with customers for clear communication and satisfaction.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor/submittal processes and subcontractor invoices.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and progress reporting.
