Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex DB/EPC data center projects, overseeing engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction.

You will manage integrated teams, coordinate with enterprise clients, ensure safety, quality and budget adherence, and may require on-site presence at project locations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in Construction Project Management with large-scale data center experience.
• Experience managing DB/EPC projects with MEP systems and contracting processes.
• Strong knowledge of data center construction methods, materials and equipment.
• Familiarity with estimating, scheduling and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead DB/EPC teams from inception to completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Direct engineering design, procurement, scheduling and construction activities.
• Administer prime contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for effective communication.
• Prepare progress, budget forecasts and monthly schedule reports.
• Manage changes to contracts and oversee invoices and submittals.
