Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of Construction Project Management experience, 3+ years on large-scale data center projects.
• Experience managing DB/EPC projects with MEP-intensive systems (power, cooling, critical infra).
• Knowledge of data center construction methods, materials, and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase when asked.
• Direct engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities for data centers.
• Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and report on budget and timelines monthly.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and on-site execution.
• Oversee procurement, change management, and subcontractor/submittal processing.
• Mentor junior staff and uphold internal standards and procedures.
