Qualifications

• 8+ years in Construction Project Management
• Experience managing large-scale data center DB/EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of data center construction methods and equipment
• Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, bidding, and contract administration

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion
• Oversee design, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities
• Administer prime contract and subcontracts and purchase orders
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and value reports
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to maintain communication and timelines
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices and submittals
• Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to internal standards
