This role oversees contract administration, engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction management. The Project Manager will lead integrated teams, coordinate with enterprise clients, and ensure seamless execution across design, procurement, and construction, with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, with 3+ years on large-scale data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage DB/EPC projects involving MEP-intensive systems (power, cooling, redundancy).
• Strong knowledge of data center construction methods and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages DB/EPC teams from inception to completion, including pursuit phase when requested.
• Oversees design, procurement, scheduling and construction activities for data center facilities.
• Administers prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders while ensuring safety and quality.
