Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex DB/EPC data center projects, overseeing design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management. You will coordinate with enterprise clients, manage contracts, and ensure delivery on time and within budget, with on-site supervision as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted.
• 8+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with at least 3+ years managing large-scale data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage DB/EPC projects involving MEP-intensive systems (power, cooling, redundancy, and critical infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of data center construction methods, materials, and equipment, including commissioning and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion, including during pursuit phase if requested.
• Coordinates overall engineering design and construction activities for data centre facilities.
• Manages prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders; oversees project performance and reporting.
• Ensures safety, quality, and customer satisfaction; communicates with customers and teams to resolve issues; tracks progress and budget.
