Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex DB/EPC projects, with a primary focus on large-scale data centers and mission-critical facilities. You will oversee contract administration, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in Construction Project Management, including 3+ years on large-scale data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage DB/EPC projects with MEP-intensive systems (power, cooling, redundancy).
• Knowledge of data center construction methods, materials, equipment and turnover processes.
• Strong understanding of contracting, scheduling, bidding, and project administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead DB/EPC teams from inception to completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Direct engineering design and construction activities for data centre facilities.
• Administer prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance with customer goals.
• Plan, execute, and report on overall project performance and budgets.
• Coordinate with client for communication and project progress across design, procurement, and field teams.
