Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex DB/EPC data center projects, overseeing contract administration, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, large-scale data center facilities safely, on time, and within budget.

You will coordinate integrated teams, liaise with enterprise clients, and ensure seamless execution across design, procurement, and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering
• 8+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management
• 3+ years managing large-scale data center projects
• Proven ability to manage DB/EPC projects with MEP-intensive systems
• Strong knowledge of data center construction methods, materials, equipment
• Experience with engineering, design, contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated Design-Build (DB)/Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams from project inception through completion
• Provides overall direction and coordination of engineering design and construction activities for data centre facilities
• Administration and management of the prime contract, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental stewardship goals
• Plans, executes, and reports on overall project performance
• Coordinates with the customer to ensure optimal communication and satisfaction
• Develops and oversees health and safety plans and quality assurance plans
• Submits and expedites progress reports, RFI responses, and procurement status reports
• Develops project schedules, budgets, and value reports with cross-functional teams
• Monitors progress of conceptual and final design, engineering, and construction activities
• Manages changes to the prime contract and project scope
• Oversees subcontractor and purchase order submittals and invoices
• Supports project close-out and warranty administration
• Performs post-construction cost review and reporting
• Maintains strong relations with stakeholders and mentors staff
