Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Project Manager to oversee complex DB/EPC projects with a data center focus. You will manage contract administration, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction oversight to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• 8+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with at least 3+ years managing large-scale data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage DB/EPC projects involving MEP-intensive systems (power, cooling, redundancy, critical infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of data center construction methods, materials, and equipment, including commissioning and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Direct design, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities for data center facilities.
• Administer prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders; manage changes and invoicing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental stewardship meet customer goals.
• Plan, execute, and report on project performance and progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers for effective communication and coordination across activities at the jobsite.
