Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to deliver value-added cost management on a large-scale, mission-critical data center program. You will be the key client interface, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with governance.

This role supports a major project site in Cheyenne, WY with an onsite presence of 3–4 days per week. Candidates residing in Fort Collins, CO area or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in cost management on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure preferred.
• RICS CCP or progress toward certification advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with cost management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates through design and delivery phases.
• Produce monthly cost reports and funding data to stakeholders.
• Coordinate all sources of cost information for validation and auditing.
• Lead procurement strategy development and price reviews.
• Own change control and manage cost variances.
• Support cost risk analysis and contingency management.
• Inform engineering priorities based on cost impact; lead VE initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members.
