Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to act as the key client interface for a large-scale hyperscale data center campus and other mission-critical projects in the United States. Candidates should have 5–7 years in cost management within construction and be comfortable with client-facing leadership roles.

The role requires onsite work within commuting distance of project locations, with opportunities for relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management within construction.
• RICS accreditation or working towards it is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and present final cost plans.
• Lead cost management on medium to large projects, including data centers and mission-critical facilities.
