Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management within construction.
• RICS accreditation preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large, complex projects.
• Experience supporting data center, mission critical or highly technical projects is advantageous.
• Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Review and participate with design services team and general contractor in cost estimates.
• Reconcile changes and assist contractor to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare cost estimate updates with project stakeholders.
• Develop cost plans and estimates through design phases and milestones.
• Lead price negotiations to drive fair contract costs.
• Manage cost checks, valuations and post‑contract variances.
• Prepare monthly cost reports for client presentations.
