Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor to act as the primary client interface on a large-scale data center program, delivering value-added cost management across multiple projects and phases.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can work independently within a project team, and brings cost planning, change management, and commercial leadership to ensure projects meet objectives and stay on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5–7 years in cost/quantity surveying or commercial management on construction projects.
• RICS accreditation preferred; data center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across the data center lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and present final cost plans across all phases.
• Review cost estimates with design teams, trade partners, and GC.
• Manage cost checks, valuations, and post-contract cost management.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and cost validation for stakeholders.
