Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Denver-area team, delivering comprehensive cost management across data center, mission critical, corporate real estate and infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes strategic commercial leadership, cost planning through design milestones, and rigorous cost control with clients from inception to completion. On-site presence is expected, with a focus on accuracy and value optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost management for medium to large construction projects.
• Strong ability to estimate, plan budgets and monitor costs through design to completion.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing advisory and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate changes across the construction lifecycle.
• Develop and present cost plans at design milestones.
• Review cost estimates with design teams and contractors.
• Coordinate cost information from multiple sources for discussions.
• Produce monthly cost reports and support final accounts.
• Lead cost management on projects with strong client leadership.
