Qualifications

• Oversee daily operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM across multiple facilities.
• Ensure all control systems, integrations, and monitoring platforms operate reliably.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response, and corrective actions for controls-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance during equipment failures and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems across multiple data center facilities.
• Ensure all controls systems, integrations, and monitoring platforms operate reliably and accurately.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective action efforts for controls-related issues.
• Support critical facility operations and provide technical guidance during equipment failures and emergency events.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and integrators during implementation and maintenance activities.
• Analyze operational trends, alarms, power utilization, and system performance metrics.
