Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years in controls.
3+ years directly managing and coaching teams of controls professionals.
4+ years managing large, complex control projects (electrical, mechanical, controls).
4+ years vendor management and contract execution for controls projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and track team goals, report status to leadership.
Develop launch plans for new hires and identify team needs.
Install, program, and troubleshoot BMS/EPMS or industrial controls.
Read and interpret electrical/control diagrams and configurations.
Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure on-time completion within budget.
Develop drawings for control panels and power distribution.
