Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Controls Manager - Operations to lead the performance and reliability of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM across our facilities. You will work with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Operations to implement Prime's controls standards and drive energy efficiency.

The role requires hands-on expertise in building management systems, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage incidents from detection to resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing BMS/EPMS/DCIM in data centers.
• Experience with controls standards and governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems.
• Ensure all control systems operate reliably and accurately.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Provide technical guidance during equipment failures and emergencies.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and integration teams.
