Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Controls Manager to lead building management and power monitoring systems deployment in AWS data centers. You will manage remote Texas teams, drive project scopes, and coordinate with multiple internal groups to deliver secure, scalable control solutions.

The role requires extensive controls experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across facilities. A base salary range is provided for Texas locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management on construction projects.
• 3+ years leading, mentoring and coaching controls professionals.
• 3+ years hiring, promoting and developing controls teams.
• 4+ years in controls management of large, complex projects.
• 3+ years deploying complex electrical and mechanical controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote teams in Texas and travel up to 50% within state.
• Develop, implement and track team goals; report to stakeholders.
• Lead installation, programming, and troubleshooting of BMS/EPMS.
• Coordinate cross-functional project work and ensure on-time delivery.
