Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Lockhart, Texas, seeks a Data Center Controls Manager to lead the operations, reliability, and strategic development of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM across its facilities. You will partner with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations to ensure mission-critical systems operate safely, efficiently, and per Prime standards.

• Strong troubleshooting, incident response, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM.
• Ensure reliable operation of control systems and monitoring.
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions for controls issues.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and integrators.
• Develop documentation, test procedures, and change records.
• Support new construction and facility upgrades from a controls perspective.
