Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Controls Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, reliability, and strategic development of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM across multiple facilities in our portfolio.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations teams to ensure mission-critical systems run safely, efficiently, and per Prime standards, driving energy efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing BMS/EPMS/DCIM across data centers.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response with root-cause analysis.
• Ability to develop governance, procedures, and change management records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM across facilities.
• Lead optimization projects to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate contractors and oversee commissioning and startups.
