Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee core, shell, and TI scopes on large-scale data center projects. You will manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and documentation while coordinating with field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders to ensure safety and timely delivery.

This onsite role requires 5–8 years of commercial construction PM experience and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360/Autodesk Build, MS Project, or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage core, shell, and tenant improvement scopes for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes are followed.
