Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment. You will manage a team of project resources and build strong client relationships on complex data center and infrastructure initiatives.

This on-site role requires at least 10 years in construction management or related fields, strong PM skills, PMBOK familiarity, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Textura.

Qualifications

• Decision-making authority over procedures, plans and schedules.
• Strong data-driven decision making using project information.
• Deep understanding of estimating and engineering best practices.
• Ability to identify changes and manage change control.
• Knowledge of construction technology platforms, quality and safety standards.
• Experience with PMBOK Guidelines and Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project management team to deliver value.
• Monitor progress and provide status reports and metrics.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance.
• Develop and manage installation strategies to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
