Job summary

Actalent seeks a Project Manager to oversee core, shell, and TI scopes on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. You will manage execution, budgets, schedules, and documentation while partnering with field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders to ensure safety and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring costs, and ensuring QA/QC compliance.

Qualifications

5-8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
Budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control experience.
Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and subcontractors.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders.
