Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee core, shell, and TI scopes on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in Minneapolis, MN. You will manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and documentation while coordinating with field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders to ensure safety and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of commercial construction PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, or related field required.
5-8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
Data center and mission-critical project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage core, shell, and TI scopes for data center projects.
Oversee project execution within timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders.
Monitor and control budgets, schedules, and documentation.
Ensure QA/QC processes are followed.
Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and subcontractor management.
