Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee core, shell, and tenant improvement scopes on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in Minneapolis. You will manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and documentation while coordinating with field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

This contract role requires long hours with travel rotations and a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control experience.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360/Autodesk Build, Microsoft Project, or Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with field teams, trade partners, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage core, shell, and tenant improvement scopes for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes are followed.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and subcontractor management.
