Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction programs on-site across Pine Island and Hermantown. You will manage stakeholders, schedules, costs, and governance to deliver compliant, high-quality facilities.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years of construction PM experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Procore and MS Office, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized; ensure best practices on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Forecast and update key project milestones; manage and monitor local design teams.
