Metric DCX in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hyperscale and mission-critical data center delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. You will lead project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality while coordinating with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners.

We are partnered with a nationally recognized General Contractor that is now buidling out their Data Center division, and they are looking for a Project Manager with Data Center construction experience that is interested in starting a brand new project and building out a new team!
This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take a leading role in the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data center facilities, working alongside some of the industry's most sophisticated owners, designers, consultants and trade partners.
As Project Manager, you will have significant responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
You will lead project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Data center construction isn't traditional commercial construction.
These facilities operate around zero tolerance for failure, with complex power, cooling, controls and redundancy requirements and aggressive delivery schedules. The successful Project Manager will understand how to coordinate thousands of individual activities while maintaining absolute focus on safety, quality, schedule and operational readiness.
You will be working on projects where schedule certainty matters, commissioning is critical and the MEP systems are often the heart of the building.
This is an environment suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading large teams and operating at the highest level of construction management.
