Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee core, shell, and tenant improvement scopes for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. You will manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and documentation while partnering with field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of commercial construction PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core, shell, and TI scopes on large-scale data center projects.
• Manage project execution, timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and subcontractor management.
