Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience as a project engineer on complex construction projects; 5 years preferred.
• CSA/structural/architectural and/or MEP construction management experience is required.
• Data center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple project scopes through the construction process.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and meeting documentation.
• Oversee schedule, budget reporting, and contractor billing coordination.
• Coordinate design teams and ensure QA/QC of work products.
