Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead multi-building data center projects in Shackelford County, TX. You will manage a team of project engineers, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and drive safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires a bachelor’s in construction management or equivalent, 5+ years as a project engineer, and strong CSA/MEP construction experience. Travel is 10–30% as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a project engineer or similar in construction management.
• CSA/MEP construction management experience is a requirement.
• Data center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and risk for multiple buildings.
• Oversee preconstruction, due diligence, and buyout activities with contractor selection and scope alignment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, design teams, trade partners and operations.
• Monitor project financials, forecasting, monthly reporting, and Earned Value tracking.
• Lead contractor billing and pay applications, ensuring accuracy and progress tracking.
• Oversee site execution, safety participation, progress tracking, and turnover to operations.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC, codes, specs, and lease requirements.
• Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
